Miniature Dachshunds are a special breed. They are independent, smart, fun, loving, and very loyal. Dachshunds can adapt well in most any situation. They do well in apartments, houses, and farms. They are awesome companions for everyone. We have placed Dachshunds with their forever families throughout the Continental United States. Dachshunds have been our Fur Babies as a part of our family for over 19 years and we have been breeding dachshunds for over 15. 

We raise Miniature Dachshunds in our home. Between 4 and 5wks old puppies are introduced to toys  and provide them opportunity, and get plenty of playtime. All dachshunds are raised around other animals,  young adults, and exposed to the everyday noises that they might encounter in their new home, and will start pad potty training at the appropriate age, to help with an easier transition. Puppies will be ready for their new home after 10-12wks of age.  

 

At Wiener Wilderness we spend the majority of our time attending to our Fur-babies wants and needs. We don't always have the opportunity to check or respond to our emails unless we have a litter that is expected or puppies ready to go home.  Our families that our interested in our fur-babies are important to us and we thank you for your patience. Before our puppies leave to go with their new family they will have been dewormed and will have age appropriate current vaccinations. All new puppy owners are encouraged to keep in contact with us, via text or phone calls with any questions they might have. We are excited for your family and the experience you will have with your new Dachshund. We love to see how your new Puppy is growing so please feel free to keep us informed on how your puppy is doing and share any pictures you wish.
